A series of New York Theatre Ballet performances will screen exclusively in select movie theaters nationwide beginning in August, under a deal that NCM Fathom, the alternative entertainment division of National CineMedia, has struck with MarQe Entertainment. STEP UP star Channing Tatum gives up dance shoes but not his fast-moving feet for this action-filled film. Shawn MacArthur (Tatum) finds New York City is an unfriendly place when he moves to the metropolis from a small town, but conman Harvey Boarden (IRON MAN's Terrence Howard) sees Shawn's potential to be a great street fighter. Shawn battles big names and brutal brawlers on his way to the top, but he soon realizes the world of New York street fighting may be impossible to escape. THE WIRE's Idris Elba stars in this thriller as a man who seems to have a perfect life. He is married to Sharon (Beyoncé Knowles), and he has just earned a promotion at work. But destruction looms when a pretty temp (HEROES' Ali Larter) grows a little too fond of him. When their daughter leaves home, an Argentine couple starts to question their lives and marriage. While Martha goes back to school to cope, her husband, Leonardo, disappears into an all-consuming fantasy life. Journalist Steve Lopez discovers Nathaniel Anthony Ayers , a former classical music prodigy, playing his violin on the streets of L.A. As Lopez endeavors to help the homeless man find his way back, a unique friendship is formed, one that transforms both their lives. Maria Bello is in final negotiations to join the all-star comedy cast of an untitled film project being produced by Adam Sandler.
